Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Update – During these unprecedented times, our order processing and dispatch time may increase due to the reduced availability of our chosen delivery services.

Processing Times
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as we can.

All orders placed by 12pm are processed the same working day. Any orders placed after 12pm, over weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Mainland Shipping Times
Currently you can choose from two shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery. Normally delivered within 2-5 working days. 
  • Next Day Delivery: Normally delivered within 1-2 working days. Please note that as we’re based in South Wales, some postcodes will be ineligible for next day delivery. If this is the case, we will refund your delivery fee and send your parcel via standard delivery for free.

In order to keep trips to the parcel shop to a minimum, we will typically send items out on a designated day of the week (usually Tuesday or Wednesday).

Orders qualifying for free delivery (over £25) will normally be delivered within 1-5 working days.

Our delivery prices are automatically calculated depending on the total weight of your items but be rest assured, we don’t pass the full delivery fee on to our customers. For e.g. an order weighing 9kg in total with Next Day Delivery selected costs £8.98 but you only pay £7.99 although it’s likely you will qualify for free delivery if you reached that weight.

If you qualify for free delivery but need your parcel delivered urgently, please email – we will do our best to make sure your parcel arrives in a speedy fashion.

International Orders
In order to remain a positive climate business, we are currently only offering shipping options to domestic customers based in the mainland United Kingdom.

Customer Service
When you place your order, we will request your email address. This is so we can send you a receipt and acknowledgement your order is shipped.

As part of the order process, we also request a contact number, which can be your mobile or landline. This will allow us to assist you in the unlikely event you experience any issues with your delivery.
